- Website Content Management
- Create or adapt content for website in line with organisation strategy
- Ensure consistency in design and content across the website
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all content on the SP Website is accurate, current and updated
- Manage web vendor for the creation of campaign webpages for corporate event
- Website Administration and IT support
- Day-to-day administration of the SP Website including creation/deletion of user accounts and troubleshooting user account-related issues
- Provide support to internal stakeholders for website-related queries, including organising training sessions to ensure all stakeholders are up-to-date on best practices
- Manage web vendor to work on Service Requests from the various schools and departments (evaluate feasibility, budget, timeline, etc.)
- Assist in procurement processes
- Web Traffic Analysis for actionable insights
- Support the team to analyse the impact of paid campaigns in driving traffic to the website
- Monitor website analytics data (WOGAA, Google Analytics, GTM) and provide timely updates to management, with actionable insights to improve the SP Website user experience
- Support other administrative duties where required
- Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience working on websites that use enterprise-level content management systems eg: Sitefinity, Sitecore or Drupal
- Knowledge on User Interface and User Experience design and best practices will be advantageous
- Proficiency in basic website coding will be advantageous eg: HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Proficiency in data analytics will be advantageous eg: Google Analytics
- Proficiency in basic image editing software will be advantageous eg: Adobe Photoshop
