- Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions
- Supervise day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management, work allocation, mentoring/coaching and other duties and functions as assigned
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

- 10+ years working as a Business Analyst, with some project management experience
- Extensive knowledge of derivative products (preferably Structured products), Trade Management, Lifecycle & Corporate Actions
- Strong analytical background particularly in relation to data analysis
- Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle from inception to maturity, as well as key regulatory requirements
- Previous experience of the full project lifecycle
- Experience working with globally distributed development teams
- Proven track record of delivering complex global projects
- Basic knowledge of data modelling
- Ability to navigate a database and use SQL to extract data
- Formal project management
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Visio, JIRA & Confluence.
