With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation to reach more people, more effectively.As an HR intern, you will provide operational support across various HR portfolios, including employee engagement, internship programs, campus events, and compensation & benefits. Your role will involve assisting in the execution and coordination of these initiatives, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.What you will do
  • Engagement initiatives: Support and execute staff engagement activities and events
  • Internship Management: Manage the entire internship portfolio from hiring to onboarding to offboarding
  • Campus Recruitment: Plan and execute campus recruitment activities such as the company's participation in university Career Fairs
  • C&B: Support C&B projects
  • Other HR projects and administration duties (Adhoc).
What you bringExperience
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Canva & Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices is a plus.
