  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:
As an Draftman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Operation team. Your expertise in AutoCAD and Revit Modelling will enhance our project workflows, ensuring precision and efficiency deliverables. You will work closely with the team, and architects, designers, and clients, requiring strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and coordinate project details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed 3D furniture drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or sketch-up.
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure design intent is met.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
  • Coordinate with contractors on-site to resolve any issues and ensure project alignment.

Qualifications:

  • With experience as a Design Drafter or similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant IT skills may apply.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Revit Modelling
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for design and spatial aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
