Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 5 years in industries such as Fintech, Blockchain, AI, or other client-centric sectors.
- Prior 5 years experience in leadership role leading and managing teams of 5 or more members
- Strong expertise in Java, SQL, ETL and frameworks such as Spring Data and Hibernate, alongside familiarity with financial technology tools (e.g., wallet system, big data framework).
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, data security protocols, and compliance standards in the financial services sector.
- Proven ability to design and optimize financial modeling tools, risk analysis frameworks, and big data systems.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, enabling effective communication with developers who do not speak English and stakeholders across the Asia-Pacific region.
