- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Membership Hotline;
- Respond to emails, online or other forms of written correspondence;
- Perform investigations and offer assistance with appropriate solutions;
- Work with internal stakeholders to follow up on cases assigned;
- Create/update profile of members where required;
- Contribute to the achievement of all hotline KPI targets; and
- Follow-through administrative tasks such as membership related processes and reports, as and when assigned.
- Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years' customer service/operations experience preferred
- Meticulous with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Effective team player who is able to work under pressure;
- Must be a self-starter and a problem solver;
- Strong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Energetic with good multi-tasking skills, a positive attitude and strong customer focus instinct; and
- Prior experience in a membership programme setting will be preferred
- Able to work on rostered weekends where required by operations or to support campaigns
