In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of creativity and data, leading a team of talented SEO and Social Media Specialists, a Web Developer, and a Content Writer.
Your mission: To build a powerful online presence that resonates with HR leaders and business decision-makers, enhancing brand visibility and generating marketing-qualified leads across the region. Responsibilities:
- Lead Regional Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan that elevates brand awareness and drives inbound growth across diverse APAC markets.
- Champion SEO Excellence: Oversee website performance, campaign strategies, and content optimization to ensure top-tier search rankings.
- Content that Connects: Conduct keyword research and align content strategies with the intent of our target audience, including HR professionals and business leaders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep the team informed on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Understand Our Audience: Leverage insights from buyer personas to craft targeted strategies that resonate with their unique needs and behaviors.
Requirements:
- A proven leader with 6+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B.
- Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and more.
- Exceptional analytical skills, turning data into actionable strategies.
