Role Description:

We are seeking a results-driven CRM User Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our CRM ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of user behavior, data-driven decision-making, and CRM optimization strategies to enhance customer experience and maximize lifetime value.

What You Will Get from This Role:

End-to-End CRM Strategy Ownership: Lead CRM initiatives from ideation to execution, optimizing user growth and retention strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, IT, Data, and User Operations teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives.

Hands-On Data & Insights Experience: Analyze user behavior, segmentation, and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.).
  • Optimize user segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Monitor key CRM performance metrics, analyze user data, and identify opportunities for personalization and automation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to enhance CRM capabilities and ensure seamless user journeys.
  • Test and iterate on CRM campaigns, leveraging A/B testing and data insights to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated on CRM trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or user growth roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience in e-commerce, food delivery, or retail industries is a plus.
