  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The incumbent reports to the MD, Singapore and Team Leader, Singapore (hereinafter refer to as “Supervisor”).

FREQUENT INTERACTS

The incumbent will work closely with colleagues in all companies and offices of OCG.

LOCATION: CBD, Singapore

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent’s scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

  • Project Delivery (20%)
  • Project Management / Support (50%)
  • Client Services and Market Intelligence (30%)

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified applicants will currently possess at least a Master Degree preferably in Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • Previous experience in Development Consulting, Business Development, Client Services in consulting / training / Executive Search companies or education institutions experience will be a plus
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of direct experience is required for the Associate Consultant role
  • No direct experience is required for the Consulting Analyst role
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and with a senior mentor
  • Demonstrated customer and people services skills
  • Demonstrated high perseverance, determination, stamina, drive and result-focus
  • Possess a “can do” and “will do” spirit
