  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of an organization’s technology infrastructure.
  • Responsible for assessing systems, determining problems, providing solutions to issues that arise, designing systems, upgrading systems, maintaining systems.
  • Maintaining Hardware and Software: This involves installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, copiers, phone PBX system, CCTV system, security alarm, windows operating systems, and software applications. IT Asset Management, including hardware and software packages.
  • Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Diagnosing and resolving technical problems that users encounter with hardware, software, or networks.
  • Network Management: Setting up and maintaining network infrastructure such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to ensure connectivity and security.
  • Cybersecurity: Implementing security measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, malware, and other cyber threats.
  • ERP: Administration, maintenance, and optimization of the system. Understanding the company business process flow and collaborating with different departments to enhance the ERP system as needed. Integrating with Intranet system to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the network infrastructure, including installation, maintenance, and management of all data network equipment.
  • Implementation of IT Strategies continues to explore or develop new technologies to enhance company business processes and increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyzing and understanding company process needs, such as software specifications, provides technical support to related departments.
  • Managing and working closely with developer for Web Management Services to create and maintain the office website and Intranet
  • Analyzing databases in an application area how to optimize applications by integrating performing software or upgrades and integrating new technologies.
  • Make necessary suggesting and implementing hardware upgrades.
  • Requirements gathering, analysis, design and development of integration solutions and APIs.
  • Experience in creating workflows and connectors to enhance system integration.
  • Research and Evaluation: Staying up to date with new technologies, trends, and best practices in the IT industry, and evaluating their potential improvement to apply for the company.

Job Requirement

  • A Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience of ICT support
  • Any professional certifications (administration/support) from Microsoft 365, Business Central Dynamic 365, Power BI, SAP or equivalent will be a plus.
  • Understanding of networking protocols and security technologies
