Noted: Reporting to the Operation ManagerJob Responsibilities：
- Responsible for purchasing function.
- Check purchasing document to ensure correctness and adequacy.
- Prepare, issuance and monitoring requisitions ＆ purchase order, ensure that purchase order balance are accurate and parts were provided on time.
- Follow up purchases to ensure timely delivery, collect and check delivery performance of automotive vendors.
- Maintain and update approved vendor list.
- Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior
- Prepare material plan.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure quality parts were delivered and continuous flow of material as per production requirement.
- Visit supplier as needed to verify and check any problem / issues encountered related to delivery.
- Coordinate and act as mediator between supplier and planner concerning Forecast and Delivery plan as per Customer required quantity an schedule.
- Monitor material inventory and ensure safe stock of materials as per provided customer forecast and production schedule.
- Diploma / ITC level
- Possessed with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably in relevant industry
Salary: $3000 - $3500

- Manage Electronics Manufacturing Services' activities
- Sourcing of material and establish new suppliers
- Liaise with Vendors, Factory and Customers
- Manage and service existing vendor/customer accounts
- Provide assistant & support to customers in product quality and logistic requirements
- Handle supply chain management related to vendors and customers
- Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon-Friday)
- Working location: Buroh Street (Nearest MRT: Boon Lay)
- Salary Range : $1800 -$2000
