Responsibility:

Sales and Business Development

  • Introduce Organisation products, identify and expand new business opportunities and clients, and facilitate collaborations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize promotional strategies and materials.

Institutional Brokerage Services

  • Act as a trading intermediary platform, helping clients connect with liquidity providers, exchanges, market makers, and more to facilitate large-scale trading execution.

Client Management & Success

  • Serve as the primary contact for institutional clients, maintain long-term partnerships, and continuously enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide training on product updates, gather client feedback, and work closely with product and engineering teams to optimize product features and user experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B financial sales, institutional brokerage, business development, or client management, with a preference for experience in fintech or SaaS trading platforms.
  • Basic understanding of options, derivatives, and market-making strategies.
  • Familiarity with institutional brokerage services (brokerage), with a strong advantage for those with experience in quantitative trading, hedge funds, or liquidity providers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of independently handling sales and client management tasks.
  • Strong self-motivation, ability to adapt to fast-changing market environments, and results-driven mindset.
