  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Execution: Manage projects, defining scope, objectives, resources, and timelines. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear project goals.
  2. Timeline & Milestone Management: Develop and track schedules to ensure timely project delivery. Proactively address delays and keep the project on track.
  3. Accountability: Oversee all activities, from requirements gathering to project delivery. Manage project scope, cost, and schedule while ensuring overall success.
  4. Risk & Stakeholder Management: Identify risks and develop strategies to manage challenges. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
  5. Financial Oversight: Monitor project spending, ensuring cost optimization and financial viability. Focus on improving project profitability and manage cost-saving strategies.

Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • PMP certification is a must
