- Drive the tracking, analysis, and synthesis of population health developments for communication to support the organisation's strategic workplans and ensure alignment with national initiatives, such as Healthier SG and Age Well SG.
- Develop and implement processes for PHC performance tracking. This includes the development and maintenance of organisation's dashboards for effective monitoring and performance management.
- Coordinate annual PHC corporate planning cycle and support Senior Management in corresponding presentations and reporting.
- Organise and conduct monthly review of workplans and corresponding targets.
- Generate regular performance reports and materials to ensure alignment with organisational goals and reporting to Senior Management.
- Develop and drive internal communications of NHG Population Health Strategy by managing the relevant PHC intranet channel, and coordinating content creation with workstream leads. This includes effective communications and dissemination of organisation's strategic priorities, outcomes and workplans through platforms, such as Population Health Mission Townhall and supporting PHC Advance.
- Provide secretariat support for multi-stakeholder platforms, including:
- Scheduling and agenda coordination.
- Provide administrative support for staffing and operational needs.
- Facilitate meetings, draft and distribute meeting minutes promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on action items from meetings.
- Develop and maintain PHC's corporate policy and governance:
- Support in enterprise risk management, comprising data governance and business continuity management, including ensuring compliance with regulations, auditing, develop training, and data breach response.
- Coordinate incident reporting across missions and develop specific mitigating measures.
- Provide support in workspace planning across PHC.
- Recognised bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Preferably with 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in relevant roles.
- Knowledge of healthcare and/or community care sector would be preferred but not mandatory.
- Must possess strong administrative and project coordination skills.
- Strong written, analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal & communications skills and ability to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Mature in disposition in relation to personal character.
- Strong self-discipline, sense of responsibility & determination.
