  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities & Authorities (Contract Period : Mid Feb to July 2025)

  • Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Receivable.
  • Responsible for timely submission for relevant financial data and ensure its accuracy.
  • Prepare reports and updates as and when required.
  • Perform end-to-end accounting tasks & monthly reporting.
  • Organize data for consolidation.
  • Ensure that vendor invoices, receipts, accruals and other relevant month end journals are posted accurately into accounting system.
  • Organize and maintain up to date financial records/cash flow.
  • Ensure entries and other accounting documents are maintained, processed and recorded accurately.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of Accounting and finance principles and practices
  • Experience in AR processes, posting invoices, managing invoice discrepancies
  • Good concept of accrual accounting

Experience

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance functions.

Education

  • Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
