He/ She is responsible for assisting the Concierge with managing and coordinating the special needs of all guests in the hotel. Able to suggest and provide suitable alternatives. A Concierge must have a strong and extensive knowledge of the local area and of the resources available to our guests. In addition a Concierge must always exercise sound judgment when acting on both the guest's and hotel's behalf.
Provides guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotel & Resorts.

Requirements
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a supervisory or management Concierge position in a five star international hotel.
- Guest focused.
- Displays initiative.
- Good communication skills
