- Knowledge and experience in working with special needs or disabilities will be an advantage
- Good listening and communication skills to work with clients with diverse abilities and backgrounds
- Good interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and external agencies
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Passionate and committed to working with people with disabilities
- Good team player with a positive and resilient attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative skills
- Able to work on some weekends or weekday evenings
