  • Apply knowledge of hardware, software, and cutting-edge technology to drive operational efficiencies and world-class guest experiences
  • Serve as GPI’s technical expert to bridge IT, vendors, and non-technical stakeholders to deliver projects with technical components (though not all projects are technology-centric)
  • Conduct proof-of-concept studies as appropriate, includes performing analyses such time motion, 5 Why is, etc.
  • Develop operational metrics that measure the need for, and the impact of, innovation.
  • Invent and innovate to solve problems, potentially through product development or redesign
  • Manage projects from concept to production; keep projects on schedule and within budget, includes crafting meaningful reports/updates
  • Facilitate/lead stakeholders across various departments to deliver results, promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Track technical issues and work with others to find solutions
Job Requirements Education & Certification • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred Experience • Minimum 7 years of product development or other relevant experience (especially in software). Other Prerequisites • Experience with robotics, internet of things (IoT), computer vision, automated intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR) and/or machine learning (ML). • Demonstrated expertise in driving innovation into production. • Insatiable curiosity to dive deep, conduct root-cause analysis and understand how everything works • Motivated self-starter that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment • A love for solving hard problems/process improvement • Strong technical and analytical capabilities • Obsessive attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly • Strong verbal/written communication, can effectively communicate with business, technical and operational teams • Interest to work with hospitality stakeholders; flexible/open-minded to work on a diversity of projectsMarina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
