  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support backend plants in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in gathering user requirements, designing effective IT solutions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize manufacturing processes and MES-related implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business and user requirements for MES and related manufacturing systems.
  • Design and propose IT solutions to enhance backend plant operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and manufacturing teams.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and IT objectives.
  • Support the implementation, integration, and enhancement of MES and other manufacturing systems.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of MES applications.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing IT environment.
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution design for IT systems.

Domain Knowledge

Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Durables Management
  • Consumables Management
  • Spare Parts Management
  • Equipment Automation

Technical Skills (Advantageous)
  • Experience with middleware tools such as TIBCO RV, EMS, JMS, Pulsar.
  • Programming knowledge (e.g., Python, SQL, or scripting) is a plus.
