This involves checking the relevant data the learner has provided in the TMS, such as learner details, course fees, and any applicable grants in tier 1 or tier 2.
- Discrepancy Resolution: In case of any errors or discrepancies, promptly address and resolve them. This might involve communicating with learners or Tech team to clarify details and amend records as necessary.
- Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to SMU relevant financial regulations and organizational policies. Maintain comprehensive records of documentation for auditing purposes.
- Addressing ad hoc SSG and Office of Finance queries
- The role also involves addressing queries from SSG and the Office of Finance regarding learners' grants and funding impacts. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are paramount in this aspect of the role, as they directly influence the SMU's ability to secure and maintain funding.

- Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Work-Specific Skills
- Previous relevant work experience in education sector will be advantageous.
- Experience with handling SkillsFuture claims and refunds for participants will be advantageous.
- Has experience with process improvement projects.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
