- Generate regular reports on terminal operations, vehicle movements, and inventory status. Ensure proper documentation for vehicle deliveries, customs clearance, and storage.
- Monitor terminal performance, analyze operational data, and work on strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as vehicle throughput, turnaround time, and storage efficiency.
