prevalence rates in Singapore. You will support the administrative functions of the branch to ensure smooth dayto-day operations.What you will be working on:As part of the team, your key duties and responsibilities
include:
i. Analyse existing processes, identify opportunities for
automation and improvement, and design, develop,
and implement solutions using appropriate tools like
Agile and Six Sigma.
ii. Conduct data analysis to inform process
improvements and decision-making.
iii. Management and supervision of outsourced
contractors, ensuring quality and compliance.
iv. Oversee administrative functions, including office
management, secretarial duties, data entry, and
procurement processes.
v. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.What we are looking for:i. Qualifications in Engineering, Computer Science, Data
Science, or related fields. Degree is preferred.
ii. Proven experience in process improvement
methodologies such as Agile, Six Sigma, RPA etc.
iii. Strong background in data analytics and statistical
analysis
iv. Experience in contractor management and
supervision would be beneficial.
v. Relevant experience in corporate administration,
and/or records management.
