Job Description
- Reporting to Managing Director.
- This role is responsible for a full range of Japanese sales, IoT, GX and DX matters and lead APAC sales strategy for the company’s sustainable growth.
- It also takes care of branch and the subsidiaries affairs. He/she needs to show operational leadership.
Responsibilities
1.Japanese sales for APAC group
· To initiate and develop Sales Strategy for APAC including IoT, DX and GX.
· To manage and improve sales operation SG and APAC subsidiaries.
· To Promoting and implementing BX.
· To lead optimal allocation of sales resources and organize their structure.
· To manage and lead sales management within 13 subsidiaries.
· To collaborate with group companies to expand the business in APAC.
· To create and implementing sales measure.
Requirements
· At least over 10 years of work experience.
· Minimum over 5-year experience in a managerial position.
· Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and project management skills.
· Excellent leadership and people management skills with demonstrated improvement to overall department outcomes.
· Self-driven with a positive mindset.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across different levels. Strong negotiation skill is a plus.
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese (Need to liaise with Japan counterpart and headquarter).
