- Driving qualified leads and new customers from our top startup partners
- Carry a monthly target of both HSFS QLs with an expectation on growing the accounts your support YoY.
- Creating content that resonates with startups and is promoted through our partners marketing distribution channels (organic, social, email)
- Designing content, campaigns, and plays that can become repetitive motions to scale our demand generation efforts globally
- Thinking strategically about how we distribute content through both our partner's owned and HubSpot's owned channels (organic, social, email)
- Close collaborating with business development reps in APAC who build relationships with each partner
- Continuously working to understand the goals, challenges, and pains of our partners and how we help them be successful
- 4 - 6 years of experience in partner marketing, content marketing, and/or affiliate marketing
- You are a talented copywriter, marketer, and overall storyteller
- Your decisions are driven by qualitative and quantitative insights
- Exceptional at working with cross-functional teams, an excellent communicator, and a strong team-first mindset
- Ability to persuade others on your ideas and seek buy in on your initiatives
- You are self motivated and goal oriented
- Knowledge of the venture capital and/or VC-backed startup ecosystem preferred
