Broad FunctionThe Programme Executive will support the development, implementation and management of clinical programmes as part of the functions of the Clinical Services Office. This role involves collaboration with healthcare professionals and patients to promote health and wellness through education, support and evidence-based interventions.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSpecific
  • Develop and administer clinical programmes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including allied health professionals, clinicians, nursing and relevant professionals, to provide integrated care for patients.
  • Provision of administrative support to clinical programmes including preparation of reports and presentations, multidisciplinary meetings, logistic support for events, workflow development, etc.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
  • Monitor trends and conduct basic data analysis.
  • Assist with submission of data to hospital, MOH and national registries as required.
  • Continuous involvement in quality improvement workflow and projects.
  • Organise educational workshops, events and support groups as required.
  • Manage programme budget for assigned programmes and events.
GeneralSupport events and projects within Clinical Services as required/ assigned.Job Requirements
  • i. Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related field
  • ii. Minimum of 2-3 years in programme coordination or a related field
  • iii. Experience in related areas (e.g. healthcare, programme management, data analytics) would be advantageous
  • i. Able to multi-task and with good project management skills
  • ii. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse populations
  • ii. Proficient in data analysis and program evaluation methodologies
  • iii. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
