Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our IM Motors Singapore marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy and the day-to-day management of our digital first marketing campaigns and social media platforms to solidify our online presence, improve our branding and sales efforts. In the ever growing and challenging automotive market, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the IM brand is best represented in the consumer’s mind and be engaged with our brand. You will be working within the Marketing team and closely with the Sales and Aftersales departments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, digital and social media, and events, that are consistent with the brand’s corporate identity.
- Implement brand-building initiatives to enhance the brand image and differentiate us from competitors.
- Working with the various agencies to create consistent, meaningful content across all identified marketing including the brand website.
- Community management for social media platforms; including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Analysing short and long-term campaigns, translating quantitative or qualitative data into recommendations and developing plans for brand enhancement.
- Collaborate with partners for co-branding activities and sponsorship placement.
- Maintain a framework for measurement for digital and social media channel performance, including KPIs, benchmarks, and acceptable ROI.
- Use the various analytic tools to track and report on performance marketing matters such as digital attributions and website performances.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Aftersales teams to amplify brand and retail efforts.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Support in other brand outreach efforts such as events and roadshows.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 or more years with proven track record in branding and retail planning, digital and managing content.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing strategies and tactics.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor subordinates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and possess the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and budget management.
- Passion for automobiles and the automotive industry.
- Support Marketing Department in other administrative duties as required
