Job Title: Land Surveyor (Operations & Scanning)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Land Surveyor scanning, topographical surveys, and setting out works. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with surveying equipment and be comfortable working on-site to ensure accurate fieldwork and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scanning and other scanning devices.
  • Process and analyze scanned data using relevant software.
  • Perform topographical surveys for land development, construction, and mapping purposes.
  • Carry out setting out works for construction projects, ensuring precise positioning.
  • Operate GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments for data collection.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate field records and survey reports
  • Work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure survey accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with land survey regulations and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary 4, ITE, Tertiary education or related field can apply
  • Experience in scanning
  • Proficiency in surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS and Level).
  • Knowledge of topographical survey methods and setting out techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and survey plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Must possess a valid Singapore motorbike license
