  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Process month and end of year process, cash forecasting, bank reconciliation, revenue and expenditure.variance analysis, fixed asset activity, debt activity, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits and tax matters
  • Submit quarterly GST returns
  • lmprove systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Meet financial accounting objectives
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and reporting standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Degree in Finance / Accounting with more than 5 years of related working experience and able to provide Management Account before 2nd of the month
  • Possess ACCA accountancy qualification will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and SAP system will be an advantageous
  • Communication in English and Mandarin
  • Working hours 0830 to 1700 (Monday to Friday)
