  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Create contract in internal Project Management System, update and maintain related records and documents such as contracts.
  • Provide support to invoicing and record collections in the SAP financial system.
  • Match and process vendor and intercompany invoices with supporting documents to ensure that all payments have been met with proper documentation and authorization.
  • Process invoices accurately and timely in SAP financial system.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.
Requirements:
  • At least Diploma in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting working experience, preferably in an MNC environment
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills and experience in computerized accounting system. SAP accounting system will be an advantage.
  • Meticulous, well organized and detailed oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight datelines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast paced environment.
