Coforge SG is looking to appoint a seasoned Bid Manager for Singapore Government sector, with 8-10 years of experience to lead bid preparation, collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop winning proposals for technical IT projects. Must have a Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or related field, experience with Singapore government sector and strong project management skills. Singaporeans and PRs only.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, or a related field
- At least 8 ~ 10 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a related field
- Proven track record of winning bids for technical IT projects
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Experience working with government agencies and enterprises in Singapore
- Knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and solutions
- Certification in bid management or a related field (e.g., APMP) is desirable
- Working experience with Singapore Government Agencies and Enterprises especially on Tenders and RFPs
- Working location is in Singapore East

Job Description:
- Lead the bid preparation process, including reviewing tender documents, developing bid strategies, and creating winning proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and operational teams, to gather inputs and develop compelling proposals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and enterprise clients
- Conduct thorough analyses of tender documents, identifying key requirements, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and manage bid budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, company policies, and industry regulations
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop technical responses, including writing, editing, and proofreading proposals
- Develop and maintain a library of reusable bid content, including case studies, testimonials, and boilerplate responses
- Analyse feedback from clients and incorporate lessons learned into future bid efforts
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and win rates
