Coforge SG is looking to appoint a seasoned Bid Manager for Singapore Government sector, with 8-10 years of experience to lead bid preparation, collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop winning proposals for technical IT projects. Must have a Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or related field, experience with Singapore government sector and strong project management skills. Singaporeans and PRs only.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 8 ~ 10 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of winning bids for technical IT projects
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Experience working with government agencies and enterprises in Singapore
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and solutions
  • Certification in bid management or a related field (e.g., APMP) is desirable
  • Working experience with Singapore Government Agencies and Enterprises especially on Tenders and RFPs
  • Working location is in Singapore East

Job Description:

  • Lead the bid preparation process, including reviewing tender documents, developing bid strategies, and creating winning proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and operational teams, to gather inputs and develop compelling proposals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and enterprise clients
  • Conduct thorough analyses of tender documents, identifying key requirements, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop and manage bid budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements, company policies, and industry regulations
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop technical responses, including writing, editing, and proofreading proposals
  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable bid content, including case studies, testimonials, and boilerplate responses
  • Analyse feedback from clients and incorporate lessons learned into future bid efforts
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and win rates
