- Develop business cases for new product opportunities in APAC, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and revenue forecasts
- Identify trends in customer preferences and technology adoption to inform APAC product development strategies
- Collaboration and Alignment
- Partner with APAC leadership, local country teams, and global divisions to align BD and APAC upstream marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals
- Work closely with the APAC MedSurg marketing team to integrate BD and product development opportunities into the regional strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic marketing, business development, or a related role in the MedTech or healthcare industry
- Demonstrated experience in market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment
- Proven ability to gather and translate customer insights into actionable strategies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions or corporate strategy
- Regional experience in APAC markets
- Proven ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
