- Provide administrative and secretariat support to both Group Director (Operations & Strategy) and Group Director (Communications & Engagement), including but not limited to: • Liaise with internal and external parties, answer to calls and make travel arrangements. • Manage internal and external correspondences • Schedule appointments, maintain calendar(s) and send reminders. • Provide administrative support such as making travel claims for the GD(s) • Coordinate meetings • Liaise with parties from both internally and externally on meeting dates, time and venue. • Prepare facilities for scheduled meetings, and arrange refreshments (where required) • Support the finance and procurement functions • Support the admin and logistics functions • Support in staff welfare matters, including organizing of staff welfare activities • Contribute to cross-functional projects across the division, when assigned. • Represent the division for relevant workgroups and committees • Any other assigned duties
