Job Responsibilities: 1. Formulate and develop business strategies to grow loans/deposits base and income to achieve set revenue target/growth (Hunter’s role) - Engage and build strong relationships with customers to grow existing base and as a source to generate referrals of new customers. - Develop and maintain and apply a high level of knowledge of the Bank’s portfolio of products and services - Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with customers and industry associated meetings/events and seminar - Works closely in collaboration and develop strong working relationship with various business units such as Branches, Hire Purchase and trade finance units to promote cross-selling culture and CASA. 2. Achieve business goals and delivers outstanding customer experience - Deliver excellent customer experience at all times - Proactive and responsive to customers’ request - Deliver outstanding sales process through fast turnaround of customers’ request - Contribute feedback and suggestions on a regular basis to improve on work flow processes, systems and products to compete with other FIs and to better service the customers 3. Improve assets quality to prevent and minimize red flag accounts or NPL. - Proactive account management and regular review of loans portfolio to identify weak accounts for culling, nurturing and monitoring to minimize NPL

Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification from a recognized university preferably a Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
- At least 2 years of credit and marketing-related experience in SME business (Middle market).
- Knowledge of the market, current market trends, competitive behavior and strategy
- Self motivated and results driven
- Excellent relationship management skills
