  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The company provides advanced inspection, metrology, and data analytics solutions to optimize semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, ensuring higher yield, reliability, and performance.As a Technical Sourcing Engineer, you will manage supplier relationships, contracts, and sourcing for technical components. Ensures cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while supporting NPI programs and supplier audits.
  • Work location: Central
  • Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm, 2 to 3 days work from home.
  • Salary: up to $7,000 + AWS + VB
The Job:
  • Manage sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationships for technical components and subsystems.
  • Conduct supplier process audits to ensure quality excellence and cost improvements.
  • Oversee supplier contracts, negotiations, and business reviews to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers for NPI programs and technology integration.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, agreements (NDAs, purchase contracts), and regulations.
  • Work with suppliers to drive cost reductions, product improvements, and timely deliveries.
The Talent:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering preferred.
  • 1-5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
  • Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Experience in sourcing optical modules, motion control systems, laser systems, or PCBA.
  • Proficient in SAP and able to interpret technical drawings.
