You are responsible for undertaking various Vocation Advisory Authority (VAA) and Human Resource (HR) portfolios and responsibilities in the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).
What You Will Be Working On
- Manage Defence Cyber Experts (DCX) and C4X (Cyber) job family and vocation HR issues
- Review and implement vocation and job family policies
- Develop the DCX (Cyber) career progression framework and plan officers' career journeys
- Manage sponsored award holders and vacation attachment programmes
- Guide stakeholders on HR issues
- Monitor staffing levels and review competency frameworks
- Manage engagement initiatives
- Contribute to digitalising HR processes
- Responding swiftly to changing scenarios and tackling unexpected challenges flexibly
- Enhancing service delivery to provide a positive onboarding experience and career journey for employees
- Liaising with all levels of management and engaging effectively with Senior Management
- At least 5 years of work experience in HR related fields is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Comfortable with working with large data sets
- Effective presentation and engagement skills, especially with Senior Management
