Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Singapore and Regional Head of Asia, Private Clients
We are looking for talent to join our family to support our CEO of Singapore and Regional Head for Asia, Private Clients. The new joiner will be based in Singapore.
YOUR ROLE
Provide full secretarial support to the CEO and manage the Executive's calendar including:
- Travel itineraries, e.g. reservations for flights, hotels, restaurants; visa applications
- Internal and external meeting arrangements including visitors from overseas offices
- Prepare expense reimbursement claims in line to Group policy
- Review expense reimbursement claims from direct reports for policy compliance prior to CEO’s approval
- Draft, collate and prepare materials for meetings as required
- Coordinate and support off-site events for clients and staff gatherings
- Professional and extensive communication among a wide variety of departments, senior management and clients
- Other administrative support as required
YOUR PROFILE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent integrity and able to keep confidentiality in highest priority manner
