  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are thrilled to welcome a new Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) to our Singapore team, and we hope it’s you.Your FocusAs a Maintenance Technician (Mechanical), you will be responsible for conducting Preventive Maintenance (PM) and other scheduled maintenance activities. You will ensure the continuous reliability of plant equipment, keep precise records of all tasks, participate in Mechanical projects, and manage the installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and inspection of all Mechanical equipment.How You Will Contribute
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Maintenance activities as according to schedule planned to ensure the systems are well maintained.
  • To assure continuous reliability of the plant equipment systems to minimize production impacts and enhance reliability.
  • Maintain proper records of all jobs and participate in mechanical related projects and plant modification work.
  • Maintain and service static equipment such as tanks, valves, and ancillaries.
  • Maintain and overhauling of rotating equipment’s such as pumps, agitators, mixers and assembling mechanical seals.
  • Installation, calibration, inspection, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment, in accordance with Engineering and Company Standards.
  • Manage the inventory of spare parts and tools to optimize cost.
  • Participate actively in key project such as cost reduction &, system improvement.
  • Monitors contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
  • Practice Good Manufacturing principles and always comply to GMP, Quality Control, Food Safety, HACCP, Safety and Legislative requirements.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
  • Nitec in any engineering related discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in chemical, food or pharmaceutical industry).
  • Proficiency in English communication skills.
  • Knowledge in using Computer preferably Microsoft office tools.
  • Proactive with ability to work to high standards and form part of team.
  • Good knowledge and hands on for process rotating equipment’s servicing.
  • Knowledge of FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP, OSHA and EHS regulation will be advantageous.
