Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of the whole recruitment process (Advertisement – interview arrangement – document preparation – Apply for Employment pass/Work Permits if required)
- Conduct orientation and briefing of staff benefits
- Prepare monthly recruitment and attrition report
- In-charge of screening, register and cancellation of security officer's record through PLRD
- Assist logistics duties on uniform issue
- In charge in ISO audit 9001
- Cover reception when receptionist on leave
- Arrange security officer's training course
- Assist for PLRD matters
- Check leave record and update leave record in the system
- Write meeting minutes
- Work Closely with operation team for manpower needs
- Other administrative issues on HR operations
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Conversant with V-Lookup and Pivot table
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations, like MOM
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Good team player
