We are currently seeking a dynamic, talented, and innovative individual with Signal Integrity expertise to join our high-speed digital circuit design team in developing state-of-the-art networking products. About You:

  • Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is required, with a preference for candidates possessing an MS or PhD.
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in the field of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) is required.
  • Proven experience in product system board design, Signal Integrity and Power Integrity analysis, development of SI simulation methodologies, and conducting lab validation and correlation with simulation results.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and signal integrity fundamentals such as: transmission line effects, reflections, crosstalk, insertion/return loss, ground bounce, termination techniques, and high-speed differential signaling.
  • Strong knowledge and technical expertise in both digital and analog circuit design. Proficient in time and frequency domain channel analysis for diagnosing signal integrity issues, with a comprehensive understanding of jitter sources and noise reduction techniques.
  • Expertise in signal and power integrity for various high-speed interconnects, including but not limited to Ethernet SerDes, PCIe, DDR4/5, and USB.
  • Demonstrated expertise in PCB stack-up design, with a solid understanding of fabrication limitations and cost trade-offs.
  • Proficient in using Signal Integrity Simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, Sigrity, and Siwave.
  • Well-versed in various Signal Integrity measurement methodologies, with hands-on experience using laboratory equipment such as Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), Time Domain Reflectometers (TDR), and both real-time and sampling oscilloscopes.
  • Familiarity with the PAM4 signaling scheme is considered an advantage.
