Job Title: Client Director – Singapore Public Sector

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Director to lead business development

efforts for our Public Sector Account. This role is ideal for proactive sales professional who excels

in identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships and closing deals. The ideal

candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with deep

expertise in the industry and a clear understanding of its challenges. You will drive revenue growth by

identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and

delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement a strategic business development plan focused on assigned ministry.

 Identify high-value target accounts/agency and pursue new business opportunities.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.

 Understand and effectively communicate our service offerings to executives, ensuring alignment

with client needs.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions.

 Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

 Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to leadership.

 Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 Security clearance to work on public sector projects.

 10-15 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of

exceeding sales goals.

 Strong knowledge of the Singapore public sector and an established network of contacts.

 Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-

makers.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 Experience with consultative selling methodologies and solution-based selling.

 A strategic thinker who can communicate a vision and align solutions across multiple business

areas.

 Skilled in generating leads through various methods, including networking, cold outreach,

industry events, and strategic partnerships.
