About the Role

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive innovation through AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop end-to-end ML/AI solutions, from proof of concept to production deployment

- Build and optimize computer vision, natural language processing, and machine learning models

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Deploy and maintain ML models in production environments

- Develop and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference

- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of AI/ML systems

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

- Document technical specifications, architecture designs, and implementation details

- Stay current with latest AI/ML technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field

- Experience in developing AI/ML solutions

- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

- Experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, YOLO) and deep learning architectures

- Knowledge of NLP technologies and Large Language Models

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with MLOps tools and practices

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

- Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering

- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

- Experience with agile development methodologies

- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts

- Previous experience in delivering AI solutions in production environments

- Languages: Python, SQL
