- 8+ years of HR experience in a similar setting/industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. IHRP certification is a plus.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and regional HR teams to deliver strategic HR solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and regulations.
- Experience working in a matrix structure, managing regional HR functions, and leading HR initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage at all organisational levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
