- Fluency in English with proven experience in technical writing and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to lead and facilitate discussions and workshops aimed at promoting standard compliance and understanding.
- Experience in international standards-making (ASTM, EUROCAE, EnterpriseSG) in focus areas such as UAS, UTM, Advanced Air Mobility, Vertiport, and other Emerging Technologies.
- Demonstrated regulatory participation or leadership within the aviation industry.
- Expertise in emerging technologies, market trends, and the regulatory landscape within the unmanned systems sector.
- Proficiency in standards development methodologies, terminologies, and applying good knowledge management practices to foster a culture of sharing and continuous improvement.
