The Management Trainee will start at the office of Group Chief HR Officer and have the opportunity to rotate across the divisions in Group Human Resource Office, NUHS.About the job
  • Our Management Trainee Programme is a 12 month initiative designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a highly competent HR professional.
  • Rotations through various departments to gain first-hand experience, provide a comprehensive and good understanding of our work as NUHS HR team.
  • Gain knowledge of the public healthcare industry and of programs on how NUHS delivers incredible care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible in providing full spectrum of administrative support to the office of Group Chief HR Officer.
  • Coordinate, schedule and organize meetings that includes preparing of meeting agenda, materials and supporting documents, drafting minutes of meeting and provide support in the follow-up and tracking of matters arising.
  • Conduct data collation, data analysis and preparation of presentation slides, reports and documents.
  • Assist in the project management of key HR strategic projects.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve administrative efficiencies.
  • Other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
