About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our core team supporting the CEO's office. This critical role will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background and a proven ability to analyze complex data, develop actionable recommendations, and contribute to transformative projects. You will be a key player in translating raw data into compelling narratives that drive business impact.Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Insights: Lead the analysis of large datasets from various sources to identify key trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the company's strategic priorities. This includes developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management.Strategic Support: Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to define critical business questions and develop analytical frameworks to address them. Provide data-driven support for strategic planning, business development, and operational improvement initiatives.Transformation Projects: Actively participate in special ad-hoc transformation projects, contributing to data gathering, analysis, and recommendations. This may involve working cross-functionally with different teams to implement changes and track their impact.Data Visualization & Communication: Create compelling visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Develop clear and concise reports that summarize findings and offer actionable recommendations.Tool Proficiency: Leverage your expertise in data analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, Python, and Excel to perform data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. Identify opportunities to improve existing analytical processes and tools.Collaboration & Relationship Building: Work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and provide analytical support. Build strong relationships with key individuals to facilitate data sharing and collaboration.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a background in management consulting or a similar analytical role.
  • Proven expertise in data analytics tools and techniques, such as:
  • Tableau: Experience developing interactive dashboards and visualizations.
  • SQL: Proficiency in writing complex queries to extract and manipulate data.
  • Python: Familiarity with data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) is a plus.
  • Excel: Advanced proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
