- Develop and maintain long terms trusting relationships with a portfolio of top advertisers to ensure they do not churn and move to competing platforms
- Continually acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct solutions are delivered to our top advertisers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal Client teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by our top advertisers and deal with complaints in an efficient manner to maintain trust and protect revenue
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Manage regular meetings with top advertisers including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as Key Account Manager
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Experience in assisting clients in China, having worked in Chinese export industry
- Working experience from similar tech platform or digital marketing firm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Outstanding ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Good knowledge/experience in performance marketing and SEM, good hands-on skills.
