- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Order Management: Prepare quotation for client. Process client orders and pre-alert to customer, origin and operations.
- Order Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and other required documentation for operation take over
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of client orders
- Troubleshooting: Address client issues and concerns related to shipments, delivery delays, damages, or other logistics issues, and work with internal teams to resolve them.
- Diploma in Logistics / Freight Forwarding
- With at least 2 years in logistics/freight forwarding industry
- Familiar with quotation for air, ocean & DG shipments
- Proficient in MS Office
