Our company is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales targets. Duties will include sales presentations, trainings, product demonstrations and negotiating with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Able to drive sales & conduct sales / products presentations across all product portfolio accounts daily and even on weekends, if required.
  • Strong key account management capabilities, and able to deep dive into each accounts within assigned territory to understand their needs, and offer end to end products and solutions. Able to establish short term and long-term account strategies for tapping on total addressable markets, competitor conversion and driving pull through sales.
  • Establish strong relationships with KOLs & all accounts in Singapore
  • Provide insights of the competitors’ activities & familiarity of marketing activities.
  • Ensure all complaints are reported and followed through properly within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Build and enhance a professional image through appropriate conduct and business ethics.
  • Timely completion and submission of weekly sales report to Business Manager.
  • Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team and discuss future targets with the Business Manager
  • Required to cover new territory and/or new accounts when required.
  • Monthly sales forecasting
  • Building relationship across the value chain of customers (Decision Makers / Users etc.)
  • To work with the sales team by receiving coaching, training or mentoring; transfer knowledge to peer Sales

Requirements:

  • min. Diploma Holder
  • Possess min. 1-2 years prior working experience in a similar function, preferably from medical devices industry.
  • Candidates with no experience in sales will be considered for Junior roles or other similar roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
