What the role is:NAC's Marketing & Audience Development department advocates for and amplifies the value and importance of the arts through various communications efforts. You will work closely with the entire Council and its parent Ministry to provide strategic counsel and support in marketing communications, highlighting the Council's role as a champion of the arts. You will also collaborate with departments within the Council and external stakeholders to initiate, implement, and manage marketing communications initiatives aligned with NAC's mission, vision, and strategic thrusts.Your role includes the following areas:Planning and implementing holistic and sustainable 360-degree integrated marketing communications strategies, initiatives, and campaigns for Catch and related products to attract, sustain, and retain diverse audience segmentsManaging branding, creative campaigns, and messaging to ensure strong and consistent brand positioning for the Council and its programmes, projects, and initiativesAnalysing audience data and insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth to support and advance the Council's workMonitoring, reporting, and establishing best practices on audience metrics and performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and tactics to ensure alignment with KPIsIdentifying and leveraging marketing opportunities through partnershipsManaging the marketing budget effectivelyMaintaining strong relationships with internal (sector leads, statutory boards, ministry, etc.) and external stakeholders (creative and marketing agencies, media buying agencies, marketing partners, etc.)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, marketing communications, digital & social media, or a related field2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate, digital, and marketing communications, with experience in branding and arts marketing desirableProven success with SEO, social media, and email marketing strategiesStrong organisational, project management, and management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team, capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholdersGood networking capabilitiesKnowledge of and passion for the arts and cultureApplicants who require work passes need not applyAbout National Arts Council:The National Arts Council champions the arts in Singapore.
