  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

My client is a globally recognized brand with international operations. They are seeking a dedicated IT Executive to join their high-performing team.

about the role

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of in-store POS systems.
  • Provide Level 1 troubleshooting and support for POS, software, and system-related issues.
  • Conduct POS training for new staff and manage system access provisioning.
  • Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and upgrades of in-house applications and IT infrastructure.
  • Manage telephone and internet connectivity, supporting network security and headquarters' maintenance policies.
  • Provide technical support for IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, network devices, AV equipment, and web conferencing tools.
  • Handle IT asset management, including warranties and procurement.
  • Assist with ad-hoc IT projects and other assigned duties.

successful candidate

1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or FMCG industries. Candidate with ERP experience would be a plus.
